I am so glad you are here! Photography is a long time passion of mine, I got my very first camera over a decade ago! Photography is my favorite art form, and I look at each session as an opportunity to create something beautiful! I am very laid back and strive to create a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. My main focus is ensuring you are comfortable, confident, and able to actually enjoy being in front of the camera!
From weddings to seniors, I think the most important moments are those that often go unnoticed. Your kiddo looking up at you and beaming as you kiss your partner, your grandpa shedding a quiet tear as he sees you walking down the aisle, the freckle on your newborns hand. These small, usually forgotten, moments tell the bigger story, and I am always looking for those small moments when behind the camera.
I am here to hype you up, make you feel comfortable in front of my camera, and make sure you don't have to worry about what to do with your hands. Comfort is key and I will always make sure you are feeling comfy and confident during your session, whether you love to model or are kinda camera shy. Unless we are doing a full documentary style session, I will guide and pose you in a way that suits your vibe!
I prefer to use a more prompted approach to posing. Whether I have you twirl and smile at the trees, make you chase your partner through a field, or have your kiddo show me their best dance, I love the natural candid feel to photos these kinds of prompts can give. Genuine smiles are always the best!
When I am not behind the camera, I am probably at home with my husband and 7 (yes 7) cats! I am into everything alternative and/or nerdy, from tattoos to Pokemon! I LOVE music and my trusty JBL will most likely make an appearance at your session!
